Our regional office staff serves to assist and support new and existing franchisees in both the initial planning of a new salon and the smooth operations of existing salons. From site selection, lease negotiations to grand opening marketing plans, our staff works directly with salon owners to implement systems that will greater ensure your success.

Our Warehouse staff prides itself in being a "one-stop shopping experience" for our franchise owners. The variety, scope and price of the products sold make it convenient for owners to buy the vast majority of the supplies needed to operate a Fantastic Sams salon. With 4 full-time employees, and over 700 items in inventory, their emphasis is on customer satisfaction.

Our Education Department offers classes that are held at the Regional Training Academy in Clearwater, or are held in centrally located sites within the region. The specific dates and times of the classes are published on calendars mailed monthly with Headlines, the regional newsletter, or are announced through our salon owners' weekly correspondence, Shortcuts. Training classes offered by the regional office are free of charge unless otherwise specified.
